Events Manager
Federal Conference is seeking a highly motivated and organized planner to manage meetings & events for a variety of clients to consistent high standards. Act independently to make important decisions with minimal supervision. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients and competing deadlines. Elevate the comprehensive event experience, from planning through execution, by creating exceptional experiences and increasing customer ROI.

Registration Manager
The Registration Manager is the face of Federal Conference and the client's main point of contact for registration once a contract has been signed. They are responsible for coordinating internal resources and managing all aspects of the registration process for concurrent events with multiple clients. The registration management duties include website builds, path testing, issue resolution, providing call center support to attendees, and other registration support duties. This person follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner and is familiar with industry standard registration concepts, practices, and procedures. They rely on past experience and sound judgment to plan timelines and accomplish goals. This person is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision of the Senior Registration Manager, but also enjoys supporting teammates and contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.

Marketing & Communications Manager

Exhibits Coordinator
American Urological Association 

This position will mainly focus on various in-person and hybrid/virtual projects for activities related to the American Urological Annual Meeting, to include year-round exhibitions for educational/non-education courses.  The core role of this position consists of high-level of customer service, project management, knowledgeable in marketing and understands technology.

About AUA:

The American Urological Association (AUA), the premier urologic association providing support to the urologic community, is currently searching for an energetic, detail-oriented candidate for our Exhibits Coordinator position in the Industry Relations department.  This position is temporarily remote and will have the possibility to telecommute up to 3 days a week.
