We are pleased to announce that our members donated $690 to the Capital Area Food Bank. The Chapter will be matching $500, which brings us to a total of $1,090!
HRA takes in an average of 30 animals per day. The team works around the clock to provide for all of the animals, but shelter space and resources are limited. Thanks to the work of foster families, HRA is able to create a virtual shelter in the community for our most vulnerable animals. On any given day, Fosters have a positive impact by doubling the number of animals being rescues and giving them the best possible place to wait to find a loving home.
