Our Technology Transformation Virtual Series successfully launched this year to help event organizers solve some of their biggest event challenges with the help of innovative technologies. Learn how to leverage new and current solutions to improve sales and attendance results, enhance engagement and connections, make better decisions, extend your event year round, reduce time and costs, and other benefits.
On Demand Technology Series - 2023
Save time and money on your next event while improving audience engagement. It’s possible with innovative solutions that can consolidate data and processes into one platform. Do you spend too much time working with multiple systems to manage your event? Are data silos making it more difficult to understand your audience and manage attendee and exhibitor databases and communications effectively? Community Brands and eShow will present case studies and ideas on how to save time and costs by consolidating multiple event processes and data silos into one event solution while providing better value to your participants. Grab your lunch and attend this virtual session with your colleagues to explore technologies that can make your job easier and improve attendee and exhibitor satisfaction. This session is FREE for event organizers and event management companies.
On Demand Technology Series - 2022
Challenge: Event organizers have more data than ever, but it can be overwhelming. How can you make sense out of the data collected and use advanced tools like artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to make Amazon-like recommendations to your audience based on their behavior and interests? This session will demonstrate how to better leverage data and AI to improve participant engagement and satisfaction, enhance exhibitor interactions with attendees and ROI, and increase participation at future events.

Challenge: Although in-person events are making a comeback, attendance and exhibit participation will take some time to reach pre-pandemic levels. Event organizers need to find new ways to provide more value, including connections, learning, and sourcing opportunities at the event and all year. This session explores how advanced technologies can be used to attract more attendees and exhibitors at in-person or virtual events, better engage the audience to improve satisfaction and retention, and extend the event year-round to reach a broader audience and generate new revenue streams.
