With over 16 years event experience, Charlotte has specialized exclusively in developing successful exhibit and sponsorship programs. Hailing from the great state of NJ, Charlotte fell into the events industry 17 years ago, and never left. Charlotte started her career at EJKrause and Associates, and honed her skills working at National Conference Services, CTIA The Wireless Association, and the National School Boards Association. For the past 7 years she has navigated life in events as a small business owner leading business development campaigns for associations.

Charlotte has extensive international convention experience along with a growing working knowledge of virtual meetings. She specializes in developing mutually beneficial partnerships that maximize audience experience with exhibitors, sponsors and partners. Charlotte was trained by the old school sales champions of tradeshows, and has taken that experience and enhanced her approach to meet the changing needs and expectations of today's exhibitors and sponsors. She adamantly champions the value of face to face engagement, targeted content development, and personal outreach to drive sales and revenue goals.

When she's not out growing exhibit and sponsorship sales, you can find Charlotte painstakingly searching thrift stores for vintage gems.
