Session Description

While all planners work to secure the optimum space for their event, with events back in full swing across the country, sometimes planners may have to settle for 2nd, 3rd, or their last choice in venues. This deep dive panel discussion is designed to help planners proactively and creatively make the most of their event space and destination.

The panel will cover collaborating with partners to make the most of your event space and overcoming challenges including construction during your event, fragmented housing or event space, geographic obstacles, lack of airlift, and many others. The panel will include an event organizer, hotel, convention center, and/or CVB to provide a comprehensive perspective on how planners can minimize risk and ensure a successful event.
