Eligibility:
- Member in good standing
- Willing to give the time, energy, talents and enthusiasm required of the position
- Good organizational skills
General Responsibilities:
- Develop annual education plan in accordance with chapter strategies and goals
- Research current education trends and topics pertinent to the industry and report findings to the Board of Directors
- Provide educational content and speaker ideas including creation of session title and descriptions to include learning objectives
- Provide speakers with the information on how we are currently delivering our monthly meetings including venue, parking details and platform capabilities (if applicable)
- Will act as a conduit to balance the needs of speakers with the capabilities of the venue/platform
- Main contact for speakers
- Coordinate delivering speaker slides, polls, etc. in timely manner
- Works with Board of Directors: Chair, Communications, Marketing and Logistics
- Works with Director of Logistics on ROS
Time Commitment:
- Regular attendance at board and/or committee meetings
- Attendance at chapter annual retreat
- Attendance at chapter activities and functions
- Commitment time (3-5 hours per month)
